Drop this 3-inch rubber swivel with the plain bearing and expanding adapter stem into the open round tube leg of a light cart, the MTG43 sleeve that grips the tube ID from inside and the soft Grey tread that rolls quiet on a low deck.
The expanding adapter stem slides into a round tube and the nut compresses a sleeve that pushes out against the wall, so the caster mounts with no weld and no bracket, the soft rubber tread cushions a light load and leaves no mark, the 3-inch wheel keeps the deck low, and the plain bore suits slow or occasional moves. Confirm the MTG43 sleeve matches your tube ID before you order. It is the no-weld round-tube rubber swivel for a light tube-leg cart.
