Choose this 4-inch Performa rubber swivel with the Delrin bearing and short 1/2-13 stem for a thin boss that a longer stem would bottom out, the three-quarter-inch thread that seats in a shallow mount and the bigger 4-inch soft Grey wheel that rolls over obstacles.

The 1/2-13 thread runs only three-quarters of an inch, so it seats in a thin-wall boss where a one-inch stem would hit bottom before it tightened, the 4-inch Performa rubber tread cushions the load and clears thresholds, and the Delrin bearing rolls dry with nothing to grease. Confirm your boss is 1/2-13 UNC and shallow before you order. It is the short-stem big-wheel rubber swivel for a thin tapped boss.
