Specify this 4-inch conductive Performa rubber swivel with the ball bearing, total lock brake, and top plate for static-sensitive equipment that must park dead still, the carbon-loaded tread that drains charge to ground and the total lock that pins both the wheel and the swivel.
The conductive rubber gives static a path from the load through the caster to a grounded floor, the total lock pins the wheel and the swivel so the cart neither rolls nor turns once parked, the ball bearing rolls a loaded cart easy, and the plate bolts to a flat frame. A conductive caster needs a conductive, grounded floor, so confirm your floor before you order. It is the static-draining fully-locking bolt-on big-wheel rubber swivel for sensitive flat-framed equipment.
