Specify this 4-inch Performa rubber swivel with the ball bearing, total lock brake, and expanding adapter stem for a round-tube cart whose leg matches the MTG45 sleeve and must park dead still, the size-matched grip that clamps that tube ID and the total lock that pins both the wheel and the swivel.
The MTG45 sleeve grips a tube ID a step from the MTG41 size, the expanding adapter clamps the round leg with no weld, the ball bearing rolls a loaded cart easy while you move it, the total lock pins the wheel and the swivel so the cart neither rolls nor turns once parked, and the bigger 4-inch Performa rubber tread cushions the load. Confirm the MTG45 sleeve matches your tube ID before you order. It is the size-matched fully-locking round-tube rubber swivel for a tube-frame cart that must hold its spot.
