Specify this 5-inch Performa rubber swivel with the Delrin bearing, top lock brake, and top plate for a flat-framed cart that needs the tallest wheel and parks at a station, the four-bolt plate that mounts solid and the brake that pins the wheel where you set it.
The top plate bolts to a flat frame for the most solid mount a caster offers, the top lock brake stops the wheel so the cart holds at a bench, the tall 5-inch Performa rubber tread cushions the load and clears the biggest thresholds, and the Delrin bearing rolls dry. Confirm your bolt pattern matches the 3-5/8 by 2-1/2 inch plate before you order. It is the braked bolt-on tall-wheel rubber swivel for a flat-framed cart that parks often.
