Specify this 5-inch Performa rubber swivel with the Delrin bearing, total lock brake, and top plate for a flat-framed cart that needs the tallest wheel and must park dead still, the four-bolt plate that mounts solid and the total lock that pins both the wheel and the swivel.
A top-lock brake stops only the wheel, but the total lock pins the wheel and the swivel together, so the cart neither rolls nor turns when you step on it, the plate bolts to a flat frame, the tall 5-inch Performa rubber tread cushions the load and clears the biggest thresholds, and the Delrin bearing rolls dry. Confirm your bolt pattern matches the 3-5/8 by 2-1/2 inch plate before you order. It is the fully-locking bolt-on tall-wheel rubber swivel for a flat-framed cart that must hold its spot.
