Specify this 5-inch conductive Performa rubber swivel with the ball bearing, top lock brake, and top plate for a static-sensitive flat-framed cart that parks at a station, the carbon-loaded tread that drains charge to ground and the brake that pins the wheel where you set it.
The conductive rubber gives static a path from the load through the caster to a grounded floor, the top lock brake stops the wheel so the cart holds at a bench, the ball bearing rolls a loaded cart easy, and the plate bolts to a flat frame. The tall 5-inch wheel clears the biggest thresholds. A conductive caster needs a conductive, grounded floor to work, so confirm your floor before you order. It is the static-draining braked bolt-on tall-wheel rubber swivel for a sensitive-load flat-framed cart that parks often.
