Specify this 5-inch Performa rubber swivel with the ball bearing, top lock brake, and top plate for a busy flat-framed cart that rolls easy and parks at a bench, the ball bearing that carries the load and the brake that pins the wheel where you set it.
The ball bearing carries a heavier load and rolls it with less push than a Delrin bore, so a busy cart starts with less effort, the top lock brake stops the wheel so the cart holds at a station, the plate bolts to a flat frame, and the tall 5-inch Performa rubber tread cushions the load and clears the biggest thresholds. Confirm your bolt pattern matches the 3-5/8 by 2-1/2 inch plate before you order. It is the easy-rolling braked bolt-on tall-wheel rubber swivel for a busy flat-framed cart.
