Specify this 5-inch round-tread Performa rubber swivel with the ball bearing, total lock brake, and top plate for a busy flat-framed cart that turns easy but must park dead still, the tall crowned Grey tread that swivels light and the total lock that pins both the wheel and the swivel.
The crowned round tread breaks away with less effort, the total lock pins the wheel and the swivel so the cart neither rolls nor turns when you step on it, the ball bearing rolls the load easy, and the plate bolts to a flat frame. The tall 5-inch wheel clears the biggest thresholds. Confirm your bolt pattern matches the 3-5/8 by 2-1/2 inch plate before you order. It is the tall easy-swiveling easy-rolling fully-locking round-tread rubber swivel for a busy flat-framed cart that must hold its spot.
