Put this 4-inch Defender HydroTech swivel where a wash-down cart has to steer, then park dead still on a sloped or bumped floor.

The total lock brake is the difference here: one pedal stops the wheel from turning and locks the swivel from spinning, so a loaded cart holds its exact spot and will not creep or pivot. Until then the swivel head steers freely, with a 3-3/16-inch swivel radius to allow. The blue HydroTech alloy wheel is a corrosion-resistant tread built for the wettest, most chemical-heavy bays, riding on a roller bearing and a stainless steel frame for full wash-down duty. It serves from -45 to 180°F.
