Choose this 4-inch Defender HydroTech swivel when a wash-down cart steers freely but the wheel needs to be held during loading.

The top lock brake stops the wheel from rolling while leaving the swivel free to rotate, so a parked cart stays put underfoot yet can still be repositioned by hand without releasing anything. Steering stays light through the swivel head, with a 3-3/16-inch swivel radius to allow. The blue HydroTech alloy wheel is a corrosion-resistant tread built for the wettest, most chemical-heavy bays, riding on a roller bearing and a stainless steel frame for full wash-down duty. It serves from -45 to 180°F.
