About This Caster - D4.06109.839 SS WB29
Reach for this 6-inch Defender D4 swivel when a budget cart carries heavier loads, steers, clears thresholds, and is pushed slowly.
The swivel head steers the front of the cart, with a 4.875-inch swivel radius to allow, while the roller bearing gives that swivel the highest capacity of the three bearings at a slow, controlled pace. The economical polyolefin wheel resists chemicals and moisture without absorbing water and wipes clean. The taller 6-inch wheel clears door tracks and joints with the least effort, on a stainless steel frame for corrosion. Polyolefin is a value tread that tops out below a poly-on-core wheel and, being hard, can mark a soft floor. It serves from -45 to 180°F.
