Thread this 3-inch Chrome Hospital swivel into an IV pole or tube-frame stand that has to lock in place once it is set.
The 1/2-13 threaded stem screws into a tapped pole leg, and the total lock fixes the stand completely: a single pedal stops the wheel rolling and locks the swivel from turning, so an IV pole or a monitor stand does not roll away from the bed once parked. At 3 inches it stays compact under a slim frame, and the soft rubber tread on a polyolefin core rolls quiet and cushions vibration between stops. The chrome finish wipes clean and resists disinfectant corrosion, holding from -30 to 180°F.
