Choose this 4-inch swivel for medical equipment built on a flat frame, where the caster bolts to a plate and the cart needs to roll quietly between rooms and over thresholds.
The top-plate mount bolts to a flat equipment base, and the 4-inch wheel clears the thresholds and elevator gaps a 3-inch wheel drops into. The grey non-marking rubber tread on a polyolefin core rolls quietly on hospital vinyl and leaves no marks, and the precision bearing keeps it smooth under the load. This is the plate-mount rolling corner of a medical cart.
