The total lock brake is the difference: one pedal stops the wheel from turning and locks the swivel from spinning, so a loaded cart or bed holds its exact spot and will not creep or pivot while staff work at it. Until then the head steers freely. The polished stainless steel frame and bearing handle the disinfectants and moisture of clinical rooms, the grey non-marking rubber wheel stays quiet and leaves no streaks, and the 5-7/16-inch mount height keeps the deck low. Its 4.5469-inch swivel radius reflects the braked head. It serves from -30°F to 180°F.
