Specify this 3-inch A-Line swivel for a threaded-leg cart that must hold square, the short threaded-stem TPR caster that screws into a shallow tapped leg and freezes the wheel and the swivel on a total lock.
The 1/2-13 x 1 stem seats flush in a shallow insert for a secure mount, and the total lock pins the wheel and the swivel head so a stool or work stand stays aligned and cannot creep at the bench. The 3-inch diameter keeps it low, the precision ball bearing turns smooth between moves, and the Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks on a finished floor.
