Specify this 3-inch A-Line swivel for a small tube-frame cart that must hold square at a stop, the grip-ring TPR caster whose total lock freezes the wheel and the swivel so the cart cannot drift or spin once parked.
The total lock pins the wheel and the swivel head together, which a light cart needs to stay aligned at a bench, and the 7/16 grip-ring stem presses into a round leg socket with no thread to cut. The 3-inch diameter keeps the deck low, the precision ball bearing turns smooth between stops, and the Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks on a finished floor.
