Choose this 3-inch A-Line swivel for a small tube-frame cart that pauses often, the grip-ring TPR caster that presses into a round socket and stops on a side foot brake.
The 7/16 grip-ring stem push-fits into a round leg socket and its spring ring holds it, so a light tube-frame stand mounts with no thread to cut, and the side brake is a foot lever that locks the wheel at a stop without bending down. The 3-inch diameter keeps the deck low and nimble, the precision ball bearing turns smooth, and the Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks on a finished floor.
