About This Caster - AS30T2PODTL

Put this 3-inch swivel under a wash-down lab or kitchen leg-cart that has to lock down fully, where the wheel shrugs off water and the total lock holds it dead-still.

The Pemco A-Line POD wheel is polyolefin on a polypropylene core, a hard black tread that will not absorb water or rust, which is why it lives in wash-down and damp areas a metal-core wheel would corrode in. The total-lock brake pins the wheel and swivel together for a dead-still park, and the Delrin plain bearing runs maintenance-free through repeated hosing. The 1/2-13 threaded stem screws into a leg-frame boss, and the tread holds to 180°F. The trade is a firmer, louder ride than urethane.
