Put this 3-inch swivel under an instrument stand that parks at the bench and threads into a deep boss, where a side brake holds it and the longer stem grabs more thread.

This A-Line TPU from Pemco is a thermo-urethane tread on a cast iron core, a grey non-marking wheel carrying the 350-lb load class on the iron hub. A side-mounted foot brake locks the wheel with a tap so the stand holds at the bench while the swivel still turns, the longer 1/2-13 by 1-1/2 inch threaded stem grabs more thread in a deep boss, and the precision ball bearing keeps the roll light. The tread holds to 180°F.

Ideal applications

• Non-marking grey TPU tread on a finished bench floor

Past 180°F or on an oily floor, the urethane gives up; a POD threaded AS30T2PODSB takes the wash-down instead.
