Put this 3-inch swivel under a lab table leg that parks at the bench, where a short threaded stem seats in the frame and a side brake holds the table steady.

This A-Line wheel from Pemco is thermo-urethane on a cast iron core, a grey non-marking tread carrying the 350-lb load class on an iron center that holds round. A side-mounted foot brake locks the wheel with a tap so the table holds at the bench while the swivel still turns to reposition, the short 1/2-13 by 1 inch threaded stem seats in a shallow boss, and the precision ball bearing keeps the roll light. The tread holds to 180°F.
