Put this 3.5-inch swivel under a wash-bay deck cart that parks at a stall and gets hosed, where a four-bolt plate holds firm and a side brake keeps it from rolling off.

This A-Line POD from Pemco is a polyolefin tread on a polypropylene core, a hard black wheel that shrugs off water and detergent without swelling or rusting, so it lives in wash bays a metal-core wheel would corrode in. A side-mounted foot brake locks the wheel with a tap so the cart holds at the stall while the swivel still turns, the 2-5/8 by 3-3/4 inch top plate bolts to a flat deck, and the taller 3.5-inch wheel clears wet thresholds. The Delrin plain bearing runs maintenance-free, and the tread holds to 180°F.
