Put this 3.5-inch swivel under a tool cart that bolts to a wider hole pattern and parks at a station, where the larger plate spreads the mount and a side brake holds it steady.

This A-Line TPU from Pemco is a thermo-urethane tread on a cast iron core, a grey non-marking wheel that carries the 350-lb load class on the iron hub. A side-mounted foot brake locks the wheel with a tap so the tool cart holds at the station while the swivel still turns, the larger 3-1/8 by 4-1/8 inch top plate bolts to a wider bolt pattern, and the taller 3.5-inch wheel clears small thresholds. The precision ball bearing keeps the roll light, and the tread holds to 180°F.
