Choose this 4-inch A-Line swivel for a narrow mail or supply cart that pauses on its route, the plate-mount TPR caster whose compact plate steers from a flat deck and stops on a side foot brake.

The small P1 plate bolts to a narrow cart for a free-steering swivel, and the side brake is a foot lever that pins the wheel at a stop while a route cart is loaded or sorted. The 4-inch diameter clears a sill at the workhorse height, the precision ball bearing turns smooth, and the Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks on a finished floor.
