Order this 5-inch A-Line swivel for a tall tube-frame cart that must hold square at a stop, the grip-ring TPR caster whose total lock freezes the wheel and the swivel so the cart stays put and aligned.
The total lock pins the wheel and the swivel head together, which a tall cart needs so it cannot drift or rotate out of line once parked, and the 7/16 grip-ring stem presses into a round tube socket with no thread to cut. The 5-inch diameter rolls a tall cart easily between stops, and the Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays quiet and non-marking on a finished floor.
