About This Caster - AS50G1TPUSB

Pick this 5-inch A-Line swivel when a stem-socket cart rolls a finished floor and still has to stop on a slope without leaving marks.

The side brake presses a shoe onto the urethane tread to stop the wheel rolling while the swivel keeps turning, holding a parked cart on a grade. The thermo-urethane is non-marking grey and rolls easily on its precision ball bearing, so the cart pushes light between stops and the cast-iron core carries the load. It mounts on a 7/16-inch grip ring stem that snaps into a round socket. The A-Line is rated to 350 pounds per caster from -45 to 180°F.
