The larger P2 plate spreads its bolts wide for a steady steering swivel on a tall broad deck, and the side brake adds a foot lever that pins the wheel while the high cart is stacked or unloaded. The 5-inch diameter rolls the longest run with the least effort and clears a thick sill, the precision ball bearing turns smooth, and the Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks.
