About This Caster - ER4X2MOR
Set this 4-inch rubber-on-iron rigid on the fixed corners of a compact medium-duty cart that has to keep a low deck and ride quiet.
The mold-on-rubber tread on a cast-iron core cushions shock and runs quiet, and at 4 inches it keeps the deck the lowest of the three sizes for a cart that loads at bench height. The iron center carries the load while the rubber protects the floor from the cart's vibration. Being rigid it tracks straight behind the steering corners, runs on a roller bearing, and bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate, holding from -40 to 180°F.

To stop the wheel rolling once parked, the tread-lock ER4X2MORTBK adds a brake.
