About This Caster - ER4X2TPDDTBK
Set this 4-inch rigid on the back corners of a wash-down quiet-area cart that rolls grease-free and then has to hold, where a maintenance-free bearing meets the brake under a soft tread.
The wheel is Pemco's Thermo-Rubber donut tread on a polypropylene core: a soft grey thermoplastic rubber that rolls quiet, leaves no marks, and cushions floor seams. The Delrin plain bearing runs maintenance-free with no grease to wash out, the tread-lock brake presses on the wheel to hold the cart still, and the rigid fork holds the line on a low 4-inch deck close to the floor. The tread holds to 180°F.

- Delrin bearing grease-free, tread lock under a soft tread
- Cushioned donut tread silent and braked
If the corner only rolls, the plain ER4X2TPDD drops the brake.
