About This Caster - ER5X2TUMDTBK
Set this 5-inch E-line rigid on the braked back corner of a non-marking wash cart on a wet slope, the TPU polyurethane caster whose firm maroon tread carries the load while a greaseless Delrin bore rides out the damp and a tread lock holds the rear.
A rubber wheel flattens under a parked load and a packed bore seizes in a wash area; the Pemco TUM polyurethane tread on a polypropylene core holds its shape under the E-line load and stays non-marking, the Delrin bearing needs no grease and cannot corrode, and the tread lock clamps the rear so a wash cart cannot drift on a wet slope. The 5-inch diameter clears a wet-floor seam, and the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. USA-made for fast shipping.

Skip the polyurethane wheel if the cart works near heat over 180°F or on oily floors; a phenolic E-line wheel weathers oil and heat to 250°F where TUM gives.
