A rubber wheel sets flat under load and a packed bore seizes in a wash area; the Pemco TUM polyurethane tread on a polypropylene core resists flat-spotting under the E-line load and stays non-marking, the Delrin bearing needs no grease and cannot corrode, and the total lock pins the wheel and the swivel head so a wash cart holds square in a damp aisle. The 5-inch diameter clears a wet-floor seam, and the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. USA-made for fast shipping.
