Pick this 4-inch E-line swivel for the braked front of an everyday shop cart, the wide-tread TPR caster whose roller bearing carries the load while a tread lock holds the wheel at a stop, all without paying for a sealed bore.
The swivel steers the cart, the roller bearing carries the E-line load at a walk for less than a precision bore, and the tread lock clamps the wheel so a general cart holds at the bench. The 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck, the 4-inch diameter keeps the deck low, and the wider 2-inch Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks.

- General rigs that need a wheel stop, not a sealed bore
- Low bolt-on decks at the workhorse height
Skip the TPR wheel if the cart loads near the top of its range or works near heat over 180°F; a TPU polyurethane or cast iron caster bears it where soft rubber gives way.
