About This Caster - ES6X2TUMTBK
Specify this 6-inch E-line swivel for a heavy non-marking cart that crosses thresholds and parks at a stop, the TPU polyurethane caster whose firm maroon tread carries the load without flat-spotting and whose tread lock holds the taller wheel.
A TPR rubber wheel flattens under a heavy parked load and a hard wheel scuffs a clean floor; the Pemco TUM polyurethane tread on a polypropylene core carries the higher E-line load without setting and stays non-marking, the 6-inch diameter bridges a thicker threshold, and the tread lock clamps the wheel at a station. The roller bearing carries the load at a walk, and the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. USA-made for fast shipping.

Skip the polyurethane wheel if the cart works near heat over 180°F or on oily floors; a phenolic E-line wheel carries the braked load through oil and heat to 250°F where TUM gives.
