A TPR rubber wheel flattens under a heavy parked load; the Pemco TUM polyurethane tread on a polypropylene core carries the higher E-line load without setting and stays non-marking, and the total lock pins the wheel and the swivel head so the cart holds square and cannot creep or rotate. The roller bearing carries the load at a walk, the 6-inch diameter bridges a thicker threshold, and the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. USA-made for fast shipping.
