About This Caster - ES8X2TUMBTBK
Choose this 8-inch E-line swivel for the front of the biggest tow cart that parks at a dock, the TPU polyurethane caster whose firm maroon tread bears the load while a precision ball bearing steers the tallest wheel cool and a tread lock holds it.
A rubber wheel flattens under load and a plain bore heats on a pull; the Pemco TUM polyurethane tread on a polypropylene core resists flat-spotting under the E-line load and stays non-marking, the precision ball bearing runs cool and true, and the tread lock clamps the wheel at a station. The 8-inch diameter bridges expansion joints and dock plates, and the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. USA-made for fast shipping.

Skip the polyurethane wheel if the cart runs near heat over 180°F or on oily floors; a phenolic E-line wheel wards off oil and heat to 250°F where TUM gives.
