Set this 8-inch E-line swivel on the biggest tow cart that must park dead square after a long pull, the TPU polyurethane caster whose firm maroon tread bears the load while a precision ball bearing steers the tallest wheel cool and a total lock freezes the wheel and the swivel.

A rubber wheel sets flat under load and a plain bore heats on a pull; the Pemco TUM polyurethane tread on a polypropylene core resists flat-spotting under the E-line load and stays non-marking, the precision ball bearing runs cool and true, and the total lock pins the wheel and the swivel head so the biggest towed cart holds square at the end of a route. The 8-inch diameter bridges expansion joints, and the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. USA-made for fast shipping.
