Specify this round-tread 8-inch Performa wheel for a big quiet cart maneuvered in a wet area, the tall crowned Delrin wheel that clears wet-floor drains and still pivots into place on a greaseless bore.
The crowned tread keeps the narrow pivot contact at the largest diameter, so a heavy sanitation or food cart can be turned by hand in a wash-down area, and the Delrin bearing has no grease to rinse out and no race to rust where water pools. The 8-inch diameter bridges drains and floor seams, and the soft Colson Performa rubber on a polypropylene core stays quiet and non-marking on a sealed wet floor.
