Mount this 12-inch phenolic wheel on a heavy platform truck that has to roll over dock plates, expansion joints, and shop debris without stalling.
A tall wheel bridges gaps and seams a small one drops into, so a loaded truck keeps moving instead of stopping dead at every threshold. The 3-inch tread spreads a heavy load across more contact, and the hard phenolic carries that load through oil and heat to 180°F where an elastomer would give. The roller bearing is built for slow, heavy hauls. It is the largest wheel in this group, so confirm the rig and the fork height clear a 12-inch diameter before you build it.
