About This Leveling Mount - BNYLA24
Pick the BNYLA24 for light equipment that sits on a finished floor, a 2-inch nylon base on a long 3/8-16 x 4 stud that levels the unit without the steel-on-tile scuffing a bare foot leaves behind.
The nylon base is the reason to choose this over a steel-pad mount: it will not scratch sealed concrete, epoxy, or tile, and it shrugs off the damp and mild splash that rusts a plated foot in a back room. A steel pad dragged into position gouges a showroom or lab floor on the first slide, and that mark is permanent. The nylon foot protects the floor, and the 4-inch stud reaches up into a taller frame.
Ideal applications
- Display or showroom fixture leveled on polished tile
- Lab cabinet on sealed epoxy that cannot take a steel scuff
- Light equipment in a damp room where a steel pad would rust
Skip the BNYLA24 if the floor pitches and the load is heavy; a fixed nylon pad point-loads on a slope, so the swivel BSW-1 seats flatter.
