About This Leveling Mount - BSW-2

Specify the BSW-2 for mid-weight equipment, a conveyor leg or a small machine base, where the 1/2-13 stud carries more thread engagement than the lighter sizes and the 1.875-inch foot spreads the load over more floor.

The wider steel pad still tilts on its swivel seat, so a machine set across a floor joint or a low spot lands flat on every leg instead of bridging on two. A machine that bridges shifts its weight as it runs and chases its own level all shift. Full-face contact under each foot holds the frame still, which is what keeps a drive belt or a feed screw tracking true.

Ideal applications

• Roller conveyor section spanning a control joint in the slab
• Small press or drill stand on a floor with a built-in drain slope
• Powder-coat line leg that has to stay co-planar with the next stand

Skip the BSW-2 if floor-borne vibration is the real complaint; the anti-vibration MM5024B adds a cushion that a rigid steel pad cannot.
