About This Leveling Mount - BSW-5

Reach for the BSW-5 at the top of the steel-swivel range, where a large machine base needs the 1-inch stud's thread depth and the 4-inch foot's spread to stand level on a heavy-traffic plant floor.

The long 3.5-inch stud gives the leg real adjustment travel, which matters when a big frame has to come up off a low spot by more than a thread or two. The 4-inch base then holds that raised setting without sinking, because the swivel pad keeps the whole face on the slab rather than digging in at one edge. Edge-loading a foot this size is how you crater an old floor and lose level a week after install.

Ideal applications

• Large CNC base that needs travel to come level over a worn bay
• Heavy welded weldment table set on a sloped fabrication floor
• Production machine skid carrying most of its mass on two legs

Skip the BSW-5 if you would rather supply your own stud length; the tapped TSW-5 takes a 1-8 stud on the same 4-inch swivel base.
