About This Leveling Mount - SSW-5

Reach for the SSW-5 at the top of the stainless range, a 4-inch swivel on a long 1-8 stud, for a large sanitary machine that needs leveling travel and full corrosion resistance at once.

The 3.5-inch stud gives a big wet-area frame the reach to come up off a low spot without hard shims, which matters because a packer under the pad would re-couple the machine to a floor that will be hosed and scrubbed daily. The Stainless Steel keeps that long, coarse 1-8 thread free so the heavy base can be re-trued after the slab moves. The 4-inch pad spreads the full load and tilts to hold flat contact on an uneven wet floor.

Ideal applications

• Large process or tank base needing inches of travel in a wash bay
• Heavy stainless machine re-leveled after a wet floor settles
• Big sanitary frame on a pitched, daily-scrubbed epoxy slab

Skip the SSW-5 in a dry shop where stainless is wasted; the steel BSW-5 shares the 4-inch swivel base for less.
