The Ultima nylon wheel is the draw: it is strong and stands up to heat across a wide -40 to 250°F range that few plastic wheels reach, while resisting chemicals and moisture and refusing to absorb water, so it wipes clean in warm or wet areas. This is the free-steering version, mounting on a 2-5/8-inch by 3-3/4-inch plate with a 3.625-inch radius, on a plain bearing for the duty. The roughly 4-inch wheel clears thresholds, and being hard it transmits shock and can mark a soft floor. It serves from -40°F to 250°F.
