Choose this 4-inch 16 Series swivel for the front of a heavier quiet cart that runs warm, the rubber-on-aluminum caster whose metal core steers true where a plastic-core rubber wheel softens and drifts under load.
A polypropylene-core rubber wheel deforms at the center under a heavy load or warmth and the swivel tracks loose; the 16 Series MG wheel molds the rubber to a solid aluminum core that carries more and steers true to 220°F, while the tread stays quiet and non-marking. The roller bearing carries the load at a walk, and the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. USA-made for fast shipping.
