About This Caster - 16PD06201R
Set this 6-inch 16 Series rigid on the back corners of the heaviest non-marking cart that crosses thresholds, the polyurethane-on-aluminum caster whose die-cast core holds the tall wheel true where a plastic core cups under the load.
A polypropylene-core polyurethane wheel flexes at the center under a heavy load and the tread cups at the edge; the 16 Series PD wheel molds the green polyurethane to a die-cast aluminum core that does not deflect, so it carries the highest poly load non-marking, and the 6-inch diameter bridges a thicker threshold. The roller bearing carries the load at a walk, the rigid fork holds the line, and the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. USA-made for fast shipping.
