About This Caster - 16TM04201R
Set this 4-inch 16 Series rigid on the back corners of a hard-working cart where a soft tread flattens under a standing load, the phenolic caster that holds its shape and tracks the cart straight while front swivels steer.
A rubber or poly rear flattens where a loaded cart parks for a shift and softens around oil; the 16 Series phenolic wheel is a hard resin that carries a high load without setting and tolerates oil and heat to 250°F. The roller bearing carries the medium-heavy load at a walk, the rigid fork holds the line, and the 4-inch diameter keeps the rear low. The 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. USA-made for fast shipping.
