Set this 4-inch 16 Series rigid on the back corners of a cart that runs quiet across a finished floor, the mold-on rubber caster that tracks straight and leaves no track while front swivels steer.
A hard rear wheel rumbles down a clean corridor and scuffs the floor on every turn; the 16 Series mold-on rubber tread on a polypropylene core rolls quiet and non-marking, and the rigid fork holds the cart on a straight line behind front swivels. The roller bearing carries the medium-heavy load at a walk, the 4-inch diameter keeps the rear low, and the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. USA-made for fast shipping.
