Choose this 4-inch 16 Series swivel where a hard wheel rumbles and marks a finished floor, the mold-on rubber caster that rolls quiet and leaves no track on sealed concrete or tile.
A hard phenolic or iron wheel telegraphs every floor seam into the load and scuffs a finished surface; the 16 Series mold-on rubber tread on a polypropylene core cushions the ride and stays non-marking, which a cart moving through a clean or customer-facing area needs. The roller bearing carries the medium-heavy 16 Series load at a walk, and the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. USA-made for fast shipping.
