Choose this 6-inch 62 Series swivel for the front of a forge cart jockeyed at a pour station, the cast iron caster whose wheel steers through heat to 800°F over scale where every soft tread melts.
Rubber gives by 180°F and phenolic chars past 250°F; the 62 Series cast iron wheel carries the highest industrial load and steers through radiant heat to 800°F, and the 6-inch diameter clears the scale and slag of a pour floor as the cart is spotted. The roller bearing carries the dead weight at a walk, and the 6-1/4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. Industrial-duty.
