Set this 6-inch 62 Series rigid on the back corners of a big heavy quiet cart, the mold-on rubber on cast iron caster whose iron core carries the load while the tall rubber tread bridges thresholds without a rumble.
A polypropylene-core rubber wheel deforms under a heavy industrial load and a hard wheel rumbles; the 62 Series mold-on rubber tread is bonded to a cast iron core that holds its shape under far more weight, stays quiet and non-marking, and the 6-inch diameter bridges a thicker threshold than a smaller wheel. The roller bearing carries the dead weight at a walk, the rigid fork holds the line, and the 6-1/4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck. Industrial-duty.
